but seriously, IF you wanted to sell, you’d wait til after Labor Day (theatre season – or i nthe spring, closer to TONYs), and even better, when one of the principles (sp) is in the news/ on broadway again – like Buckley. That would optimize $$

Anyway, I’m not planning to sell it now… I’ll wait until Stephen King dies, or Betty Buckley dies, or I’m starving and living on the street.
