		<description>Just in case anyone else thinks you&#039;re being silly for bemoaning a 31-inch waist, I&#039;d like to remind everyone that Jeff is extremely short.  As in 3-ft 4-inches.  So proportionaly, 31-inches is pretty big.

(Just kidding... Jeff is a still-wee-sized 5-ft 6-inches tall)</description>
