Happy Birthday! I’ll do you one better, 4 years ago (before we met) my partner was on the west coast for his birthday and began suffering severe abdominal pain. It turned out to be appendicitis. He had to go in for emergency surgery that day…which resulted in an 8-day stay at the hospital! Ugh.
