Hey Tin, curious why you decided to leave Cingular and go to Verizon? I’ve been thinking of doing the opposite; leaving Verizon and going to Cingular. Cingular’s phones are funer and not locked down like Verizon’s are. Any Verizon phone you get will have a crippled Bluetooth, including the E815. Although there are extensive hacks known to circumvent the crippling.

I still think the problem is because you were on Cingular “Blue,” not Cingular itself (the absorbed AT&T wireless customers have been kept segregated in their system).

Hey, she was only responding to the ad: “Wanted for telephone customer service position: young overweight southern woman with marshmallows in her mouth.” When you’re perfect for the job, you’re perfect for the job.

Although part of me wonders if it wasn’t actually a young thin southern woman with caramels in her mouth. They’re really hard to tell apart over the phone, after all.
