And that's what really scares me. Jefferson had this idea that the government should be violently overthrown (this may be a slight hyperbole) every fifty years or so. I kind-of almost feel like American citizens aren't doing their duty; we haven't taken this guy to task for his misdeeds, brought his administration down in flames, and dragged the criminals running it into the street for public execution! WHY?! Are we all strung-out on drugs? Or are we honestly actually afraid of the Islamo-fascistic Boogey Man? Here’s the thing: We’re NOT powerless; we’re just too busy to bother.
