I checked Merriam-Webster and Dictionary.com and they don&#039;t say that a review is necessarily a formal document (except in the case of a military evalutation) or even something that needs to get published anywhere. *One* of the definitions from Princeton is a formal or official examination, but there are others that aren&#039;t formal. There&#039;s peer review and consumer review...  I guess the only time I&#039;d see your point is if someone just said &quot;that movie sucked&quot; and called that their review, rather than their opinion. When you evaluate something, you have to explain more...</description>
