I don&#039;t know if you&#039;ve ever read &quot;Simple Justice&quot; by Richard Kluger, an account of the Brown v. Board of Education decision, but one of the things Chief Justice Earl Warren worked very hard to achieve was a unanimous decision. He knew that it was crucial to getting Americans to accept the court&#039;s ruling.</description>
