Posh and Therapy in Hells Kitchen have seating, also Splash recently redid their lower level adding more lounge areas.
I’ve grown quite partial to XES, on 24th Street, a few doors east of Seventh Avenue. It’s cozy, spacious, no-attitude, great fun.
As you know, I’m a bit partial to Bar Nine. It’s not a gay bar, but it’s a really nice place to hang out.
Ohhh, I like XES too… go there.
Personally, I’m partial to Posh (cheap + friendly) but mostly because I get nosebleeds if I go south of 42nd Street. I do have to agree with MAK and Tim, though, that XES is a pretty decent place.
