Someone Has to Win the GOP Nomination.

That headline makes me laugh for some reason.

1. I’m a Republican and even I know that anyone dumb enough to run on the Republican ticket this election is too dumb to run the country.

2. It just has to be Huckabee. He told a reporter last week, “I may not know much about foreign policy, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.” He seriously said that. The man is a genius. I’d much rather listen to him until next November than any of those other shrill assholes. Especially if Hillary gets the Dem nomination (please, God, nooo!!!!) he’d be a wonderfully amicable (if fallacious) foil to her more factual but icy, phony, off-putting pandering.
