Hooray Connecticut!

  1. Yeah, I know, I’d have liked a more resounding vote. But I’ll take it. I don’t know if you’ve ever read “Simple Justice” by Richard Kluger, an account of the Brown v. Board of Education decision, but one of the things Chief Justice Earl Warren worked very hard to achieve was a unanimous decision. He knew that it was crucial to getting Americans to accept the court’s ruling.
