Life has returned to the country….NOW onto victory and the defeat of Prop 8…we are not done yet!

Today, I recall your March 5th post.

After eight months, Obama’s victory proves YOU were — YOU ARE — smart. YOU do get it. YOU do understand. YOU do — and did — know better. Hope can — and did — triumph. Idaalism can — and did — trump practicality.

I feel a bit lighter, giddier, and hopeful, too. I am, alas, sad about prop 8 (in CA) and amendment 2 (in FL) passing. Government has no say in that matter, IMHO.
